Mr. Rotz graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in 1980. He attended Rutgers University School of Law in Camden where he received his Juris Doctor in 1983.
Mr. Rotz obtained his training in Divorce Mediation, South Jersey Mediation Center in conjunction with The Center for Family and Divorce Mediation in April 1999.

Mr. Rotz is active in the Haddonfield United Methodist Church and the vice-chair of the Haddon Township Planning and Zoning Board.
