Mr. McShane graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in 1973. He attended Rutgers University School of Law in Camden where he received his Juris Doctor in 1978.
Mr. McShane is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association (Member, Family Law Sections), Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations (Member, Family Law Committees).
Mr. McShane practices in the areas of Family Law, Divorce, Alimony, Equitable Distribution, Child Support, Child Custody, Visitation, Marital Property Settlements, Divorce Mediation, Premarital Agreements, and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. He is a member of the New Jersey Judiciary Statewide List of Approved Mediators.
